How to Participate: 

1. All Bites Shop customers who spend a minimum of RM 80 (excl. shipping fees) in a single transaction will be automatically eligible to participate for this contest. One transaction with min spend of RM 80 (excl. shipping fees) equals to 1 entry. Customers can submit multiple entries however they will only be eligible for one prize.
   
   
2. Every week, 1 grand prize winner and 10 other winners will be randomly selected from the week's pool of customers who have fulfilled the minimum spend requirement.

Winners, Prizes, and Terms and Conditions of Prizes

1. This Contest is open to all Malaysian residents aged 21 years or over subject to other criteria set out below, the Standard Terms and Conditions, the terms and conditions herein and the relevant laws of Malaysia. Employees of the TFP Retail Sdn. Bhd., its associate agencies, affiliates, distributors, dealers, sponsors, advertising and Contest agencies, and members of their immediate families are not eligible to participate in this Contest.
2. This contest only applies to Bites Shop online purchases. A minimum spend of RM 80 is required to be eligible to participate.
3. Customers may submit more than 1 entry but will only be entitled to 1 prize.
4. TFP Retail Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to change the T&Cs without any prior notice.
5. TFP Retail Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to substitute any winning prize with a prize of similar value, with or without notice.
6. The Prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash credit or any other items. Prizes not redeemed within the notified period will be forfeited.
7. Winners of the free delivery voucher will be given a personalised promo code via email. This promo code can be used to obtain free delivery with min. purchase of RM 60 on Bites Shop. This promo code is valid until 30/6/2021.
8. Winners of the Grocer's Kitchen Dining Voucher will be given a barcode for the value of RM 120, which is valid for use until 30/6/2021. This dining voucher can be used for dine-in or takeaway only.

The Participant is free to revoke his or her consent to the storage of data by sending an email to the Organiser and by doing so, the Participant is withdrawing his or her participation in this Contest. The Organiser will use its best endeavours to keep all personal data stored for the purpose of this Contest strictly confidential.

Bhd. is also not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay, failure in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, user or member communications, or any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, the website, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, system, apparatus, software, failure of e-mail or receipt of entry on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet and/or telecommunication services.
